DIRECTOR PROFILE - ALISTAIR HUTSON
Connect Progress was established by Alistair Hutson who has over 25 years of experience working within the property and construction Industry. Throughout his career Alistair has worked in various roles such as, Construction Manager, Site Manager, Senior Project Manager, Superintendent and Property Operations Manager. He has worked for large international companies and smaller boutique firms delivering projects in the Retail, Commercial, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Residential and Industrial sectors.
As a result of years working within the property industry Alistair has successfully built up extensive contacts and networks as well as gained a strong understanding of the employers requirements from both a technical and personal perspective.
In terms of why Alistair decided to start Connect Progress;
“I genuinely want to make a difference within the property and construction industry by assisting people build rewarding careers whilst helping organisations find the right candidates. Nothing gives me greater personal satisfaction than people working effectively together to conceptualise, develop and achieve successful outcomes, except maybe riding my bicycle along the Mount Martha Esplanade on a sunny day with no wind!”
